This thoughtful development is a collection of 3 similar office buildings sitting on a major thoroughfare--98th street. Building shells were constructed first to allow for customization for future tenants. The development process entailed zoning changes and deed restrictions which were brought forth by working together with adjacent home owners and civil engineers. This office + warehouse was a custom construction job where we helped a local, successful business build an accommodating space for their growing business.  James Morgan, Ltd. was proud to be the first builder in this brand new industrial development in south Lubbock.

After developing the beautiful subdivisions Ravenwood and Reserve at Ravenwood, James Morgan, Ltd. built this office plaza at the entry of these subdivisions with meticulous planning in overall design. This 2-story, Spanish influence office plaza was constructed as an operations hub for James Morgan, Ltd. and over 10,000 square feet of office space for South Lubbock businesses. Adjacent to the office plaza, a state-of-the-art clinic serves medical needs of patients all over the south plains.

Once again considering the area and potential growth, James Morgan, Ltd. created an industrial park sitting on one of the fastest growing areas of south Lubbock. Four warehouses with storefront entries in a fully developed location were constructed as shells and later retrofitted interiors to their specifications to accommodate a growing business that went from approximately 5,000 square feet to over 12,000 in this new development.

Another center at the entry of the prestigious Reserve at Ravenwood subdivision is Shops at Reserve--a 20,000 square foot luxury shopping center. Many tenants in this center are locally owned and have received numerous awards from Lubbock local accolades to ranking highest in their national franchise standings. James Morgan, Ltd. also guided tenants through the interior design and finishes of suites. With no turnover, tenant retention is paramount to our business, but also to the success of neighboring tenants here.

This project came together after many months of due diligence work. The James Morgan Real Estate team and the seller's agents worked hard to get deed restrictions changed and approved by locals nearby to get the initial property sale done. This development contains over 10,000 feet of high wall warehouses and over 10,000 feet of retail space. Most uniquely, this will be the site of Lubbock's first Women's Veteran Tribute where there will be engraved pavers, a bronze statue and other meaningful attributes to honor the Women who have so bravely served our country.
