Holly Reed is a proud alumna of Texas Tech University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts. She further expanded her professional skills by obtaining her real estate license in 2015.

     Prior to entering the commercial real estate and construction field, Mrs. Reed was an oil and gas landman where she negotiated contracts, created royalty packages and performed title research and mineral ownership research. Joining James Morgan, Ltd. in 2014, Reed has since taken on many tasks in both real estate and construction such as: sub-contractor bidding, project logistics, and coordinating architects, engineers, or city officials. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, she is skilled in complex transactions like 1031 exchanges, property sales and commercial leasing.

     Leveraging her expertise in both real estate and construction, she is able to provide insights and solutions to her clients through the entire process. Together with her sidekick, Sunny, the mini aussie; they are here to help any client through whatever stage of their business they may be in.

Jesse Heinrich is a proud Alumna of Texas Tech University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts & Sciences. She began her journey in real estate with our neighboring residential real estate team in 2021.

In an exceptionally busy season of over 9 simultaneous projects for James Morgan, Ltd., Holly walked next door and asked Jesse if she wanted to join the one-woman team and help. Jesse thankfully said yes, and boldly stepped up to begin her journey in commercial real estate & construction.

In her time at James Morgan, Ltd., Jesse has been a facilitator in all James Morgan, Ltd.'s personal leasing and property management. She has spearheaded new real estate projects, significantly enhanced involvement in community outreach, and brought new clients to the table, growing the 'outside' real estate side of the business.
